Just about ready for the "off" on the eve of our departure by train tomorrow (Friday 6th) at mid-day from Paddington to Penzance. Then we have a short 10 mile bike ride to our B&B at Sennen Cove. Weather looks rather ominously wet for the weekend after one of the driest Aprils on record.
Above is a very approximate map of our planned route...we will look forward to getting through the hilly bits of Devon & Cornwall which we are advised is one of the toughest sections of the whole trip.
